It’s a 6-week nutrition and fitness program designed to introduce you to a healthy lifestyle and Pro Fitness Group’s proven system of fitness, nutrition, and support. In just 6 weeks of clean eating, simple workouts in the gym and at home, and support from your fellow challengers, you can begin to create new healthy habits and routines. As you start to feel better—and lose undesirable weight—you’ll be able to see the value of committing to the total solution…a happier, healthier you.

Why did we create the 6-Week Transformation?

We understand the yo-yo diet cycle. We have tried and tested this program to ensure it is a good fit for you. We care about your results and we want to give you back your confidence. Our personal experiences with diets and exercise, as well as, unhealthy habits shaped our sincere belief in showing you, that you can do this. Weight-loss is achievable with our proven planning and support. We believe in sharing and helping everyone feel and look their best.   • Weekly weigh-ins at Pro Fitness Group
  • 3 workouts per week in the gym – options available (classes included with membership)
  • A Meal Plan and meal tracker
  • A coaching session with a Health coach
