History of Jasdeep Singh

I have been training for over 5 years and have been teaching classes for about a year now. I have gone to over 20 tournaments and have won 80% of those tournaments coming in 1 st place. I have my first-degree black belt and I’m currently in team Canada for a world tournament in Austria.

We Have 2 Options

Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 5:00pm-6:00pm

OR

Tuesday and Thursdays from 4:30-6:00pm

My love of yoga and my health have been a priority for 5 years. I was trained in Modo yoga International (formally known as Moksha) and deepened my training with a Yin Level 1 course. I love to teach beginners and show the reluctant that they can stretch and find some benefits in their own practice” “A year after my yoga teacher training, I became a certified Health Coach with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. I have gained a holistic approach to food, relationships, career, spirituality and physical activity. With my clients, I seek to help them understand their own habits and beliefs. In turn, they heal themselves through self realization and practicing new habits” “The learning and growing continue. I love to meet new people, get to know my students and clients, and share my knowledge and experience with them. My style is open and honest. There’s no expectations in my class.
