My love of yoga and my health have been a priority for 5 years. I was trained in Modo yoga International (formally known as Moksha) and deepened my training with a Yin Level 1 course. I have gained a holistic approach to food, relationships, career.

Jasdeep Singh

Kids Fitness

I have been training for over 5 years and have been teaching classes for about a year now. I have gone to over 20 tournaments and have won 80% of those tournaments coming in 1 st place. I have my first-degree black belt and I’m currently in team Canada for a world tournament in Austria.
